LED Dice and Dice Box - Mark 1
After 2 years of prototyping, they’re finally here!
LED light up dice set within a fake-book dice box.
The LEDs are powered by the book itself, which requires micro USB power (cable provided). Each will shine brightest when close to the centre of the dice box. There’s an LED in the books cover as well, for added flavour.
In the name of balance, each dice contains one 6mm³ LED per face. That is, the D20 has 20, the D12 has 12, and so on.
The grid in the last two images is measured in inches. Box itself measures 210mm x 150mm x 55mm, plus some extra for the decorative belt clasps.
